Services:

I offer a range of services to support emotional development in children, young people, and families, as well as reflective spaces for professionals working in this field.

These are one-off or short-term sessions designed to support families facing a specific concern, such as a transition, loss, or relational difficulty. They can be a helpful starting point to think together about what might be going on emotionally and whether longer-term work is needed. Consultations can involve one or both parents, and in some cases, children.

I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 0–25). Sessions provide a regular space where thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can be explored through talking, play, and creative expression. The work develops at the child’s or young person’s pace, supporting emotional growth, self-understanding, and healthier relationships.

Parenting can stir up a range of emotions, and at times it may feel overwhelming or confusing. These sessions offer a reflective space to think about your child’s needs, your own experiences as a parent, and how to support development and connection within the family. Some parents attend alongside their child, while others come alone to deepen their understanding of family dynamics.

I offer consultation and supervision to clinicians, educators, and professionals working with children and families. My approach is psychoanalytically grounded and reflective, creating a space to explore clinical material, organisational dynamics, and the emotional impact of the work. Areas of particular interest include looked after children adoption, early development, and parent–infant relationships.
